Helpful Resources Expand Your Thinking.
We must know the truth in order to be protected from lies. Begin with faithfully reading the word of God. Continue by hearing alternative perspectives and comparing & contrasting those perspectives to what you know from God's Word!
The Bible
Without controversy, the Bible must be your primary resource. I recommend the King James Version for English. There are many versions available online of course but make sure that you have a physical printed copy of your own, regardless of the translation that you prefer.
Please note that I question everything including the Bible. However. I never ask whether or not what I'm reading in the Bible is true or factual. I accept it as truth. I ask other questions as I read the scriptures, like those numbered in the: the Berean Bible study method.
For some things that I question, I find direct answers in the Bible, for other things I find general guidance. regardless of what I find in the Holy scriptures, I believe it, -- and the more directly opposed the Bible's answer is to what is suggested as truth by men -- the more strongly I embrace it.
