His Earth is the dry land upon which we live.  God made Earth to provide everything that man would need to sustain his physical existence. Earth is not one of many planets. There is only one Earth.  We live on the only dirt place. The Earth does not generate light. All of the stars do, as do the planets.  Planets are wandering stars. They are wandering, which means they do not hold the same fixed position that all of the other stars do in the firmament.

We are to steward this Earth well. By doing so, we show our gratitude to the Creator who made it for us.

Isa. 45:18

[18] For thus saith the LORD that created the heavens; God himself that formed the earth and made it; he hath established it, he created it not in vain, he formed it to be inhabited: I am the LORD; and there is none else.

Rev. 11:18

[18] And the nations were angry, and thy wrath is come, and the time of the dead, that they should be judged, and that thou shouldest give reward unto thy servants the prophets, and to the saints, and them that fear thy name, small and great; and shouldest destroy them which destroy the earth.

Earth is the Center of God's Creation

As far as we know, we live on the one and the only Earth.

Gen. 1:1

In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.

The earth and the connected heaven are the first things that God has told us he created in the beginning. the sun is not in the middle and we don't revolve around the sun the Earth is Central and the Sun circles above it as well as the moon and the stars.

Hell and the abyss are beneath the Earth. as well as the great deep that surrounds the Earth entirely. The firmament separates the waters above us from us so we have an atmosphere in which we can live and move and breathe.

Earth has Four Corners

That means it is either a square, or a rectangle, or a parallelogram.   There's an angel at each corner that controls the winds that go across the Earth.

Rev. 7:1

[1] And after these things I saw four angels standing on the four corners of the earth, holding the four winds of the earth, that the wind should not blow on the earth, nor on the sea, nor on any tree.

Dan. 7:2

[2] Daniel spake and said, I saw in my vision by night, and, behold, the four winds of the heaven strove upon the great sea.

Isa. 11:12

[12] And he shall set up an ensign for the nations, and shall assemble the outcasts of Israel, and gather together the dispersed of Judah from the four corners of the earth.

Jer. 49:36

[36] And upon Elam will I bring the four winds from the four quarters of heaven, and will scatter them toward all those winds; and there shall be no nation whither the outcasts of Elam shall not come.

Just like God put the Earth in the center of the realm, He put the man and the woman first in a garden which would have been the center of the surface of the Earth.   Four great rivers ivers flowed from Eden through the Earth.

Gen. 2:10-15

[10] And a river went out of Eden to water the garden; and from thence it was parted, and became into four heads.
[11] The name of the first is Pison: that is it which compasseth the whole land of Havilah, where there is gold;
[12] And the gold of that land is good: there is bdellium and the onyx stone.
[13] And the name of the second river is Gihon: the same is it that compasseth the whole land of Ethiopia.
[14] And the name of the third river is Hiddekel: that is it which goeth toward the east of Assyria. And the fourth river is Euphrates.
[15] And the LORD God took the man, and put him into the garden of Eden to dress it and to keep it.

It has ends.  A ball or globe does not have an end,  and of course it does not have corners!

Job 37:1-3

[1] At this also my heart trembleth, and is moved out of his place.
[2] Hear attentively the noise of his voice, and the sound that goeth out of his mouth.
[3] He directeth it under the whole heaven, and his lightning unto the ends of the earth.

Earth is a Vast Plane

Rev. 20:9

[9] And they went up on the breadth of the earth, and compassed the camp of the saints about, and the beloved city: and fire came down from God out of heaven, and devoured them.

The word breadth is from the Greek word platos, transliterated into English, we get the word plate. A plate is flat.

Earth is NOT Moving

It ain't going nowhere, unless God shakes it Himself!  (It is not rotating on its axis; it doesn't have one. It is not circling the earth in an orbit along with other planets and it's not moving through the universe in the galaxy at crazy speeds either! That is all science fiction nonsense and outright lies. If you believe any of that you have been deceived in this great deception in which we live.)

Psa. 104:1-6

[1] Bless the LORD, O my soul. O LORD my God, thou art very great; thou art clothed with honour and majesty.
[2] Who coverest thyself with light as with a garment: who stretchest out the heavens like a curtain:
[3] Who layeth the beams of his chambers in the waters: who maketh the clouds his chariot: who walketh upon the wings of the wind:
[4] Who maketh his angels spirits; his ministers a flaming fire:
[5] Who laid the foundations of the earth, that it should not be removed for ever.
[6] Thou coveredst it with the deep as with a garment: the waters stood above the mountains.

1 Chron 16:30

[30] Fear before him, all the earth: the world also shall be stable, that it be not moved.

Psa. 93:1

[1] The LORD reigneth, he is clothed with majesty; the LORD is clothed with strength, wherewith he hath girded himself: the world also is stablished, that it cannot be moved.

Psa. 96:10

[10] Say among the heathen that the LORD reigneth: the world also shall be established that it shall not be moved: he shall judge the people righteously.

Earth (the complete cosmos) is All Connected

This is why you see Heaven and Earth used in conjunction so frequently in the Bible.

Gen. 1:1

[1] In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.

Deut. 4:26

[26] I call heaven and earth to witness against you this day, that ye shall soon utterly perish from off the land whereunto ye go over Jordan to possess it; ye shall not prolong your days upon it, but shall utterly be destroyed.

Matt. 5:18

[18] For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled.

Matt. 6:10

[10] Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven.

Rev. 21:1

[1] And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea.

The Earth has pillars that support it  and is founded upon the seas. The firmament has pillars that supported as well and it is connected to the Earth.

Psa. 24:1-2

[1] The earth is the LORD's, and the fulness thereof; the world, and they that dwell therein.
[2] For he hath founded it upon the seas, and established it upon the floods.

1 Sam. 2:7-8

[7] The LORD maketh poor, and maketh rich: he bringeth low, and lifteth up.
[8] He raiseth up the poor out of the dust, and lifteth up the beggar from the dunghill, to set them among princes, and to make them inherit the throne of glory: for the pillars of the earth are the LORD's, and he hath set the world upon them.

Job 9:1-6

[1] Then Job answered and said,
[2] I know it is so of a truth: but how should man be just with God?
[3] If he will contend with him, he cannot answer him one of a thousand.
[4] He is wise in heart, and mighty in strength: who hath hardened himself against him, and hath prospered?
[5] Which removeth the mountains, and they know not: which overturneth them in his anger.
[6] Which shaketh the earth out of her place, and the pillars thereof tremble.

Psa. 75:3

[3] The earth and all the inhabitants thereof are dissolved: I bear up the pillars of it. Selah.

Job 26:10-12

[10] He hath compassed the waters with bounds, until the day and night come to an end.
[11] The pillars of heaven tremble and are astonished at his reproof.
[12] He divideth the sea with his power, and by his understanding he smiteth through the proud.

If God shakes the entire Earth the firmament gets shaken with it.

Isa. 13:13

[13] Therefore I will shake the heavens, and the earth shall remove out of her place, in the wrath of the LORD of hosts, and in the day of his fierce anger.

Hag. 2:6

[6] For thus saith the LORD of hosts; Yet once, it is a little while, and I will shake the heavens, and the earth, and the sea, and the dry land;

Rev. 6:12-17

[12] And I beheld when he had opened the sixth seal, and, lo, there was a great earthquake; and the sun became black as sackcloth of hair, and the moon became as blood;
[13] And the stars of heaven fell unto the earth, even as a fig tree casteth her untimely figs, when she is shaken of a mighty wind.
[14] And the heaven departed as a scroll when it is rolled together; and every mountain and island were moved out of their places.
[15] And the kings of the earth, and the great men, and the rich men, and the chief captains, and the mighty men, and every bondman, and every free man, hid themselves in the dens and in the rocks of the mountains;
[16] And said to the mountains and rocks, Fall on us, and hide us from the face of him that sitteth on the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb:
[17] For the great day of his wrath is come; and who shall be able to stand? 

Earth is Enveloped in Water

The great waters were present when the creation account begins! When God created the Heaven and the Earth, the waters were all around it. He created a firmament to separate the waters above from the earth beneath.  

There is water above the Earth. There is water below the Earth. There is water around the dry land on the Earth.

Gen. 1:1-8

[1] In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.
[2] And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters.
[3] And God said, Let there be light: and there was light.
[4] And God saw the light, that it was good: and God divided the light from the darkness.
[5] And God called the light Day, and the darkness he called Night. And the evening and the morning were the first day.
[6] And God said, Let there be a firmament in the midst of the waters, and let it divide the waters from the waters.
[7] And God made the firmament, and divided the waters which were under the firmament from the waters which were above the firmament: and it was so.
[8] And God called the firmament Heaven. And the evening and the morning were the second day.

Gen. 7:11-12

[11] In the six hundredth year of Noah's life, in the second month, the seventeenth day of the month, the same day were all the fountains of the great deep broken up, and the windows of heaven were opened.
[12] And the rain was upon the earth forty days and forty nights.

Psa. 104:1-6

 Job 38:30

[30] The waters are hid as with a stone, and the face of the deep is frozen.

Earth has Water Around it

The shapes of the continents and the visibility of islands in the seas has changed greatly over time. God originally gathered the dry land in one place in the Seas were around the dry land. You could have gone anywhere on Earth by traveling across the Earth. You would not have had to sail from one continent to another because there were no continents in the beginning.

Gen. 1:9-10

[9] And God said, Let the waters under the heaven be gathered together unto one place, and let the dry land appear: and it was so.
[10] And God called the dry land Earth; and the gathering together of the waters called he Seas: and God saw that it was good.

Earth has a Ceiling Above it

The ceiling above the earth or the roof of the earth is the firmament.  

Without this physical barrier there would be no air to breathe.

 Earth has Foundations Beneath it

The Earth has pillars beneath it. Essentially, the earth is supported upon the great deep beneath it.

1 Sam. 2:8
